Forever Ferns

Hello everyone.

I hope this post finds you all safe and well.  What a bonkers world we are currently living in, the up side of being on furlough is i've had lots of time in the craft room, the down side is i've had lots of orders from people who couldn't get to the shops to buy cards and they want them yesterday.  Then there is a whole load of time consuming cards to be made to order, some people think you can produce one to their exact spec..... hmmmmmm not always that easy.  But it has paid for my habit this month (yes thats craft suppliers habit). So here's a few cards i have made in lockdown mode.

This is a new stamp suite that is in the current 2020-2021 Stampin up catalogue. And it is never of my craft table at the moment.  There are som many lovely things that i've been making and i will share these over the coming weeks.

~I have been doing Coffee and a card via Zoom with my 10 lovely ladies and below is one of the cards we made a couple of weeks ago using the Stamps and Dies set - oh wait till you see the paper (DSP)

I love it with the Melon Mambo ink and the greens.

If you would like a copy of the current catalogue which is £5 this will be refunded if a £25 order is placed. please contact me at

Crazy Times...

Good afternoon Everyone

Im sorry I forgot to hit the "publish" button on this post, and sadly the bees have now up'd and left.  i'm so sad as I loved these little fellers.

I hope that this post finds you all safe, well & not to stir crazy.  It truly is a bonkers world right now, but we must all stay positive and help each other along the difficult road.

We will come out of this, how sane we will be depends on us all.  For me crafting will be my saviour.  It saved me once when Steve sadly passed away, so it can definatly do that again.

Poppies are for hope and yellow for friendship.  So today i'm posting a card that I submitted for the Stampin round the world tutorial.

If you would like the istructions to make this card I will be happy to send them out to you. If you are a member of my craft groups these will be a gift to you from me.   If you are currently not a member of either of the groups you can still get this tutorial at a charge of £3.00.

You can use this technique with various stamps, but I love the poppies and bees together, there are more poppies next week, so keep an eye open for them.

Daughter card

Hi Everyone,

Hope the isolation is not getting to you..... come on we can do this stay at home thing... SAVE LIVES.

So my Mum who is 90 next year and in her 3rd week of isolation and was getting anxious about a card for my sisters birthday,  She forgets bless her that I make cards. So I volunteered my services.

I used the fabulous Stampin' Up! All Dressed Up set for this along with the Best Dressed 6" x 6" Designer series papers.  I added in some of the Bee paper (sadly retired now) and a piece of tulle spot ribbon.

And Wallah this is what I made

I hope Elaine will like it... I think she will

Sadly the Bee DSP  was in the SAB offer which has now ended but you could any background paper for this.

And here's my card for her.. Using the same stamp set and papers.
